Live in an afternoon

  1. Install the plugin

Upload it from Plugins, add your licence key and the setup wizard asks for your opening hours.

  2. Add services and staff

Set durations, prices, buffer times and who can do what. Each employee gets their own schedule and days off.

  3. Publish your booking page

Drop the booking block on any page, or share the link on Instagram, Google Business Profile and email.

Everything a busy front desk does, done for you

One plugin replaces the phone tag, the paper diary and the no-show follow-ups.

Real availability, never double-booked

Clients only see times when the right person, room and equipment are free. Busy times from Google Calendar and Outlook are blocked automatically, and buffer times keep a gap between clients.

  • Staff schedules
  • Days off
  • Buffers
  • Time zones

Paid at booking

Take full payment or a deposit with Stripe, PayPal, Square, Mollie, Razorpay or WooCommerce.

Fewer no-shows

Email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out on your schedule, with a link to reschedule.

Online sessions

A Zoom or Google Meet link is created for every online appointment.

Events and classes

Sell seats for workshops and group classes with capacity limits and waiting lists.

Several locations

Run every branch from one dashboard, each with its own staff and hours.

Packages and coupons

Sell a course of ten sessions up front, or reward regulars with a discount code.

Questions before you buy

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Who processes my payment?

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so your invoice, sales tax or VAT and any refunds are handled by Paddle.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Bookzenix is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. You can request it at paddle.net or by emailing us.

What happens when my yearly licence ends?

The plugin keeps working and your bookings stay where they are. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew. You can cancel renewal at any time.

Does it work with my theme and page builder?

Yes. Bookzenix adds booking forms through a block, a shortcode or widgets for Elementor and Divi, and the form takes on your theme's fonts and colours.

Can I move my licence to another website?

Yes. Deactivate the licence on the old site from the plugin settings or your account, then activate it on the new one.

Is customer data stored on your servers?

No. Appointments and customer details are stored in your own WordPress database. We only receive the data needed to check your licence.

Is there a lifetime option?

Yes. Lifetime licences are a single payment and include updates and support for as long as Bookzenix is developed.
